Contacting Service Providers on Favo

Message Service Providers using Favo

After starting your service request, you'll receive quotes, messages, and follow-up questions from Service Providers ready to help. We’ll let you know with email notifications whenever a Service Provider sends you a new quote or message.

When you receive an email notification from us about a new message or quote, click the Favo link in the body of the email to sign into your account.


Follow up with Service Providers

You can message any of the Service Providers who sent you quotes right on Favo by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Favo account.
  2. Go to your “My Request” tab to find your current service request.
  3. Click View to Quote(s). 
  4. Select the Service Providers quote.
  5. Type your message, or click to send a quick reply if you're short on time.
  6. Click Send once your message is ready.

Helpful tip

  • If you’re looking for more contact information, check to see if the Service Provider listed a business website or contact information. Business websites often show extra contact information and business hours.

How do the Service Providers accept payment?

  • This is a great question to ask your prospective Service Providers as payment may be handled differently from business to business.
